Lambung Mangkurat Museum is a museum of South Kalimantan province, located in the city of Banjarbaru, South Kalimantan, Indonesia. This museum's address at Jalan Ahmad Yani km 36 Banjarbaru City zip code 70711

The history starting from Borneo Museum founded by the Dutch Government in 1907 in Banjarmasin. Due to the inclusion of the Japanese occupation, the Museum of Borneo over and continued by it's pioneer Governor Milono with the establishment of Borneo Museum on December 22, 1955. Half of this museum is a collection belonging to Kiai Amir Hasan Bondan Kejawen as one of the Pioneer Father of Museum.

Preceded by the convening of the Conference of Culture in 1957 in Banjarmasin, which ten years later (1967) re-formalized the establishment of the museum, named Museum Banjar. Museum Banjar end and moved the Museum collections to Lambung Mangkurat Museum in Banjarbaru, precisely in Jalan Jenderal Achmad Yani KM 35.5 North Banjarbaru. Lambung Mangkurat Museum was built in 1974 and inaugurated by the Minister of Education and Culture Daoed Joesoef on January 10, 1979.
